    Shipping Information 

    At this time, Pamela & Co ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Pamela & Co ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    We make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours from order, except for Sunday.  However, due to conditions beyond our control such as shipping carrier issues or product availability, please allow from 2-6 weeks to receive your order.  Most orders will be received within 1 week.  Ocassionally, an item may go on Backorder.  If this occurs, we will ship the remainder of the order immediately and notify you about the backordered item(s).  We are normally able to re-stock and send the backordered item(s) within one week.  

    Fudge and chocolates are not shipped in the Summer time or hot months.  Please see Handling Instructions below.

    Fudge Care & Handling Instructions

    Warning:  Fudge is only available for purchase online and shipped during months when temperatures are below 90 degrees Farenheight.  If left in extreme temperatures, the fudge will soften, however it will not melt. Any soft fudge can be left at room temperature for 8-12 hours to resume consistency.  If fudge is still not set, unwrap and place in a cool, dry area out of direct sunlight.  Ideal storage temperature is 75 degrees F.  DO NOT REFRIGERATE.

    We hand-make our fudge from the finest natural ingredients and use only real cream and butter. To keep your fudge as fresh as the day you bought it, please follow these instructions.

    1. Store fudge for up to six weeks at room temperature in a cool, dry area.  Keep fudge away from sunlight, moisture, and strong odors.  
    2. For your fudge to last up to six months, these steps should be taken:
      1. Place your fudge inside a plastic bag, seal, then place into a second plastic bag and seal tightly. Place fudge in you freezer.
      2. Serving instructions: Place tightly-sealed plastic bags at room temperature for 4-6 hours. Once thawed, remove the fudge from the bags and serve. Enjoy!
